Macintosh Download and Installation
When the file has finished
downloading to your desk top,double click on the file (called hlthpr40.sitx).
The program called "stuffit " should start and offer to unpack it
to a directory of your choice,
choose desktop and watch as a new folder called "The Health Professional
" appears on the desktop.
Double click on this folder and it will open revealing an application, "The
Health Professional1" Folder and a database file, heathdatabase4.rsd.
Double click on the application file "The Health Professional "
and the application will open and run.
...thats it!
Please note that the data base file must always reside in the same folder as the application file heathdatabase4.rsd.
If you want to tidy up your Desktop you can drag both files to the applications folder (found by clicking on the Hard drive, situated in the top right corner)
Drag The Health Professional icon from the applications folder to the Dock bar (the bar on your desktop with all the expanding software Icons) where it will appear for future easy access.
Windows Download and Installation
download the file hlthpr40.exe and go to the directory where it is stored, double click on it, and follow the online instructions. The installation program will suggest a suitable location on your computer. Then go to Start---> All programs--->(select) The Health Professional...DONE
Linux Download and Installation
Downoad file hlthpr40..zip. After unzipping your program, invlinux40 with the ClntInvDatabase4.rsd files are cut and pasted into the /opt/yourprogram/bin directory...that it!!
