Macintosh Download and Installation
When the file has finished
downloading to your desk top,double click on the file.
The program called "stuffit " should start and offer to unpack it
to a directory of your choice,
choose desktop and watch as a new folder called "Music_teach4.0"
appears on the desktop.
Double click on this folder and it will open revealing an application, "Music_teach4.0"
Folder and a database file, MtsDataBase4.rsd.
Double click on the application file "Music_teach4.0"
and the application will open and run....that's it!
Please note that the data base,MtsDataBase4.rsd, file must always reside in the same folder as the MTS application file.
If you want to tidy up your Desktop, drag both files to the applications folder (found by clicking on the Hard drive, situated in the top right corner)
Drag the The Music teacher's secretary icon from the applications folder to the Dock bar (the bar on your desktop with all the expanding software Icons) where it will appear for future easy access.
Windows Download and Installation
Download the latest Music_teach4.0.exe and go to the directory where it is stored, double click on it, and follow the online instructions. The installation program will suggest a suitable localtion on your computer. Then go to Start---> All programs--->(select) The Music Teacher's Secretary...DONE
Linux Download and Installation
Downoad file music_teach40lnx.zip. After unzipping your your program, Musicteach4.0 with the MtsDataBase4.rsd files are cut and pasted into the /opt/yourprogram/bin directory...that it!!
